In a recent project, we successfully expanded a district heating (DH) system by installing over 300 meters of Logstor Series 3 pipe, with dimensions of 500 OD and 250 DN. This expansion was critical to enhancing the system’s efficiency and capacity, ensuring reliable heating for the connected buildings.

Scope of Work:

• Pipe Installation: We installed 300 meters of Logstor Series 3 pipe, known for its durability and superior insulation properties, crucial for maintaining the thermal efficiency of the DH system.
• System Integration: All internal connections were seamlessly integrated into the existing district heating infrastructure. This integration required meticulous planning and execution to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
• System Flushing and Testing: Before making the final connection, the entire system was thoroughly flushed and tested. This step was essential to remove any debris and ensure the system was operating correctly, preventing any potential issues post-installation.
